The Story Behind This App
I’ve had severe eczema for over a decade.
I built this app after I came to the end of conventional treatment.
I went through topical steroids, UV treatment, tacrolimus, multiple emollients, methotrexate, ciclosporin, dupilumab and JAK inhibitors — with no lasting improvement.
After exhausting conventional options, I started tracking things myself more systematically. Instead of strict elimination diets, I focused on correlating what I was eating with how my skin behaved over time.
That’s how I eventually identified my own triggers.
This app is essentially a structured version of what I built for myself.
